One of our many nice neighborhoods in Montgomery is Tanager Woods. This community of 400 home makes up the eastern border of the city of Montgomery. Home values in the immediate area have seen a slight decrease in the average and median sale price since the peak of the market in 2005. The rest of the Greater Cincinnati Area has seen more decline than has Montgomery, Ohio. Prices are predicted to stay relatively stable for the next 2 years.

The residents of Montgomery also enjoy living in a conveniently located area with quick access to almost any area attraction with interstates that include 275, 71, 75 and Ronald Reagan Cross County highway located nearby.
